Here is how it works.

At your earliest convenience, we will schedule a time to speak on the phone. This will help us get to know each other and the skill sets you would like us to recruit. This call usually takes 15 minutes. Once you have returned the signed contract we can begin recruiting for candidates who have the skills you requested. When you have a position you would like us to recruit, just let us know. We will send a selection of qualified candidates for your review. We will schedule all interview times and make any offers of employment. Only when you hire a candidate we have submitted is there a fee – 10% of the new employees starting annual salary. We even offer a limited satisfaction guarantee.
